How aotc.info handles the little information a web server sees, what we never collect, and the one address to write to if you want records removed.

Overview

aotc.info is a publishing site. There is nothing to register for, nothing is sold here, and we do not build a profile of you. This page explains what happens to information anyway, because a web server always sees something.

How information is used

To run the website, answer messages, see which articles people read, guard against abuse, and keep things reliable. Nothing beyond that. Ordinary access needs no sensitive detail from you, so please do not send confidential material by email unless we have agreed how to handle it.

Cookies

No advertising cookies are placed from this domain and no fingerprinting scripts run. The only values your browser may store are the small technical ones a page needs to show correctly, and blocking them in your settings costs you nothing on this site.

The records kept

Serving a page means logging the basics: the URL, a timestamp, an approximate region derived from your connection, the browser and device type, and the referring page. That log keeps aotc.info reachable and helps catch misuse; it is not tied to a name. Correspondence you start is held while it matters and deleted afterward, and we never add you to a list.

We point to other services from time to time, and we cannot speak for how they treat your data. On the far side of any link, their rules replace ours; give that page a read before you enter personal details.

Your options

You can read this site without giving us anything. If you believe we hold information about you and want it gone, write to info@aotc.info with enough detail for us to find it. We remove what we can and tell you plainly what we cannot.

Age

The site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly gather information from anyone under eighteen.
